My name is Becca, I am a 21 year old Music Business and Media student studying at the University of Brighton. Currently focusing on music journalism. I have a love for all things music and events and am really enjoying documenting my music journeys and views.

From electrifying events to groundbreaking albums, i’ll be diving deep into the music scene. Join me as I unravel the stories behind the artists and their unique sounds.

Discussing everything music-related, we will be exploring the beats that move us and the lyrics that inspire. From a young age I’ve always loved live music. I vividly remember going to my first ever gig at O2 Academy Brixton, to see Catfish and the Bottlemen with my best friend and her dad at the ripe old age of thirteen. Since then I’ve developed a love for music events. As my love for music slowly matured and changed over time so did the type of events I went to, I started staying out later and later and the music started to become more and more electronic. Ive spent the last few weeks working at Keep Hush taking my love for music and turning it into events rather than just attending, now I am back at uni focusing on my writing.
